Thank you for shopping with Super Trendz. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories (if added in future) are non-returnable.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

Wrong item sent.

Damaged or defective product.

Refunds will be processed in 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Depending on your payment method:

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Online payments will be refunded back to the same payment method.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange.

Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was from our side.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Original shipping fees (PKR 250 for Karachi, PKR 350 outside Karachi) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, discounted bundles, and clearance stock are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
