Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Super Trendz. We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories (if added in future) are non-returnable.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of:

    • Wrong item sent.

    • Damaged or defective product.

  • Refunds will be processed in 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Depending on your payment method:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

    • Online payments will be refunded back to the same payment method.


Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange.

  • Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was from our side.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping fees (PKR 250 for Karachi, PKR 350 outside Karachi) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted bundles, and clearance stock are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
